I bet you think you know all about vampires. Believe me, you know fuck all.

With Big Guns, Big Fangs, and the greatest outfits in any movie to come out of the UK in the 90s, director Jake West takes the vampire legend and turns it into a darkly wry modern psychedelic cyber-punk gore fest. Lillith Silver (Eileen Daly) is a thoroughly modern latex-clad bloodsucking assassin with a coffin full of weapons and hats for days. She has a score to settle with her maker, who also happens to be the Big Boss of the local Vampire crime syndicate. A local copper can't decide whether to hunt her or help her, and much beautiful chaos ensues.

Full disclosure: we've been a little obsessed with star Eileen Daly since we first saw her intro segments on early REDEMPTION DVD releases, where she often appeared as a scantily clad succubus, the great Lilith herself or, very appropriately here, a vampire queen, but this remains one of our all time favorite vampire movies, and that's saying a lot.
