Parking
Our designated mobility impaired parking spot is in front of Forbidden Fruit.
Building access
We Luv Video is accessible by wheelchair, however parking and pathways can be tricky. If you ever need assistance, please contact us and we can provide curbside-like assistance (returning a movie for you, running a new rental out to your car, carrying out a VCR rental, etc.).
Building amenities
The entrance doors do not have automated mechanical service. Our aisles have a 48” width clearance. Stools and step ladders (or a friendly staff member) are available to help reach higher shelves. Our bathroom is wheelchair accessible and has handrails and a baby changing station.
Microcinema access
Our microcinema has stadium seating with steps, however wheelchair and mobility-assisted seating can be provided on the floor level. Staff members can provide a chair for companions; please ask at the concession stand.
Microcinema amenities
We may be able to provide closed captions for public screenings upon request. Please contact us at least two weeks before the screening so we can try to find a version with closed captioning.
Concessions
We do not allow outside food or drink at our public screenings and some of our concessions do contain nuts.
