We Luv Video is a lot more than a nostalgia trip.
Preserving physical media and making it available to the public has never been more important. Why might that be?
Tons of movies are completely un-stream-able. Licensing issues or a lack of demand leave for-profit streamers’ libraries lackluster.
Anything you can stream now could easily be pulled tomorrow.
Studios or directors alter films after their release. Want to watch the original Star Wars trilogy before they CGI-ed all the puppets out? You gotta rent the VHS.
