On September 25th at 7PM, We Luv Video will highlight the works of experimental filmmaker Robert Fulton. Traveling from the Andes of Peru to the Himalayas of Tibet, Fulton crafted frenetic, ethereal snapshots of nature and culture. These films combine a keen eye for nature photography with surrealist editing to create a wholly unique and transcendent viewing experience. Rarely screened and ripe for rediscovery, Fulton is a singular voice in experimental cinema.
This retrospective screening will showcase three of his essential works: Inca Light, Path of Cessation, and Wilderness: A Country in the Mind.
Highly recommended for fans of Jonas Mekas, Teo Hernandez, and Paul Clipson.
